Dr. Moira Stilwell

Dr. Moira Stilwell is a mother, physician, and women’s health advocate. With over 30 years of experience as a radiologist and nuclear physician, she is a woman who values action, system and policy.

Moira Stilwell has been serving as Vancouver-Langara’s MLA since 2009. She initially decided to run because she wanted to use her 30 years of experience in medicine and health-care management to serve the people of British Columbia.

Her focus over the past term has been three-fold: community, education and healthcare.

Moira believes that success begins at home, and depends on ensuring a strong, inclusive, and vibrant community. She is committed to ensuring our children receive the skills they need to pursue the jobs of tomorrow. During her time as MLA, she has kept up her practice as a nuclear medicine physician and her knowledge as a health-care manager and physician has proven critical to her success in advocating for her constituents.
